HGV Class 2 Driver
FM Conway is seeking a skilled HGV Class 2 Driver to join our dedicated Water and Drainage Management team. In this vital role, you’ll help protect communities and keep essential infrastructure running smoothly. The position is full‑time and permanent, based in Kings Langley, Hertfordshire.
Responsibilities- Carry out a wide range of drainage services, including high‑pressure water jetting (HPWJ) to inspect, clean, and maintain drainage networks.
- Respond promptly to drainage issues and emergency callouts, tackling blockages, overflows, and other urgent problems to keep water flowing safely and efficiently.
- Support planned and reactive maintenance by clearing, cleaning, and repairing drainage systems as part of routine operations or urgent interventions.
- Accurately record and report all work carried out, identifying and flagging any additional issues that require follow‑up.
- Use our app‑based reporting system to update job progress, upload photos/videos, and ensure clear communication with the wider team.
- Class 2 licence and a valid Driver CPC.
- Reliable, committed, and able to work as part of a two‑person crew.
- Strong commitment to health and safety.
- Previous experience in the drainage industry is preferred but not essential; full training will be provided for the right candidate.
