Job Responsibilities:

• 1. Build and continuously optimize the local vehicle delivery management system (Port PDI Logistics Dealer Customer)
• 2. Coordinate new vehicle delivery plans, scheduling, and resource allocation to ensure on-time delivery.
• 3. Develop and implement vehicle delivery SOPs, quality standards, and delivery checklists.
• 4. Design and execute high-end customer delivery ceremony processes to enhance brand experience.
• 5. Handle delivery anomalies, quality issues, and customer complaints, promoting cross-departmental closed-loop processes.
• 6. Establish a delivery KPI system, conduct data analysis, and continuously optimize processes.

• 1. Bachelor's degree or above in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Vehicle Engineering, or a related field.
• 2. Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive industry delivery, logistics, supply chain, or 4S store management.
• 3. Familiarity with local vehicle import procedures, port operations, and local logistics regulations is preferred.
• 4. Team management experience and cross-departmental collaboration skills.
• 5. Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
