Call Centre Agent
📍 Goldthorpe, S63 | 💷 £28,840 | 🕐 Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm | 📄 Permanent
We’re looking for a confident and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join a busy team supporting a market-leading business.
You’ll help customers transition from placing orders over the phone to using a new online self-service platform. You’ll provide guidance, troubleshoot issues, process orders and service requests, and ensure customers receive a high level of service throughout.
Key Responsibilities
* Guide customers through the online platform and provide technical support.
* Encourage customers to adopt new online services.
* Process orders and service requests.
* Schedule and dispatch service calls.
* Triage customer queries and resolve issues where possible.
* Keep customers updated and maintain accurate records.
* Liaise with hauliers, technicians and internal teams.
About You
We’re looking for someone with:
* Customer service or call centre experience.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Confidence dealing with customers and overcoming objections.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
* A positive, customer-first attitude.
* Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
Full training will be provided, so don't worry if you don't meet every requirement.
