Call Centre Agent
Location:
Goldthorpe, S63
Salary: £28,840
Contract:
Permanent
Working hours:
Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
We're looking for a confident and customer-focused Call Centre Agent to join a busy team supporting a market-leading business.
You’ll help customers transition from placing orders over the phone to using a new online self-service platform. You'll provide guidance, troubleshoot issues, process orders and service requests, and ensure customers receive a high level of service throughout.
Key Responsibilities- Guide customers through the online platform and provide technical support.
- Encourage customers to adopt new online services.
- Process orders and service requests.
- Schedule and dispatch service calls.
- Triage customer queries and resolve issues where possible.
- Keep customers updated and maintain accurate records.
- Liaise with hauliers, technicians and internal teams.
- Customer service or call centre experience.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Confidence dealing with customers and overcoming objections.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- A positive, customer-first attitude.
- Good computer skills and the ability to learn new systems.
Full training will be provided, so don't worry if you don't meet every requirement.
