Car Sales Manager

We are currently recruiting for a Car Sales Manager to join our Client’s busy dealership in Mere.

Our Client is offering the successful Car Sales Manager On Target Earnings of £50000.

• Starting basic salary of £30-35,000 per annum pending experience.
• Uncapped and realistic on-target-earnings of £45-50,000+ per annum.
• Personal company car.
• 22 days annual holiday allowance plus bank holidays (any bank holidays worked, you gain a day off in lieu to compensate for it).
• Full manufacturer-approved training.
• Company pension and CBS scheme for family members.
• Guaranteed 5-day working week, between the working hours of 8:30am-6:00pm Monday to Friday, with a day off in the week, and Saturdays 8:30am-5:00pm.

• Managing the Car Sales department in its entirety
• Second Facing Customers if required
• Maximising profitability and revenue within the Car Sales Department
• Assisting the Sales Team with reaching and exceeding their targets.

• Have a proven track record within a Vehicle Sales Manager role
• Be results driven with a key focus on meeting objectives
• Adaptable, analytical and a strong communicator.
