. This position is part of the Loan Administration Department, which is key to our loan processing and booking.
We are looking for a detail‑oriented team member to prescreen and prepare loan documentation based on information submitted by the lending staff. The successful candidate will ensure that loan documents are accurate and comply with all regulatory requirements and internal loan policy. If a document does not meet bank requirements, the candidate will work with the lender to obtain updated information.
Responsibilities- Prescreen and compile loan documentation provided by lending staff.
- Verify accuracy and completeness of loan documents.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policy.
- Coordinate with lenders to resolve documentation deficiencies.
