, a boutique financial services recruiting firm is recruiting for an exciting opportunity. An independent financial advisory firm with several locations in Georgia is looking to add an Assistant to the CFO to their growing team to be based in their Watkinsville, GA location. They are open to a recent finance, economics, or accounting major that has an interest in the financial advising space to work directly with their CFO and eventually, once trained, become the Director of Operations.

This person should be strong with technology and spreadsheets, and will eventually own payroll, advisor payouts, reconciliation, and A/R. They would prefer someone that either wants to be on the CFO path or has interest in other growth opportunities found within a large, successful financial advisor practice.

Requirements
:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting
• Excellent communication skills and a service-focused personality with a high ceiling to grow into more senior roles.
• Ability to work full time in-office M-F
