Position: Bilingual Child Mental Health Therapist (Ages 3–12) – In-Person | Watkinsville, GA

Sunny Days Therapeutics is seeking a compassionate, bilingual (English & Spanish) Child Mental Health Therapist to provide in-person therapy for children ages 3–12 at our Watkinsville, GA office. This 1099 contractor role is ideal for clinicians who want to make a meaningful impact within a supportive, collaborative environment while serving bilingual families in our community.

Sunny Days Therapeutics is a growing lifespan mental health practice committed to delivering high-quality, evidence-based care for children and families. We value collaboration, professional development, and maintaining a safe, nurturing environment for both clients and clinicians.

This role is office-based only. Children under age 12 are not seen via telehealth.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments for children ages 3–12
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Provide one‑on‑one therapeutic sessions using evidence‑based approaches
  • Deliver services fluently in both English and Spanish
    , as appropriate
  • Collaborate with parents, guardians, and other professionals as needed
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
  • Create a child‑friendly, safe, and supportive therapeutic environment
Requirements
  • Master’s degree in Social Work
  • Active or license‑eligible in Georgia (LMSW or LCSW)
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (required)
  • Experience providing therapy to children in a clinical or school setting
  • Strong knowledge of child development and childhood mental health disorders
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage children and families
  • Professional liability insurance required
Benefits

    • 2 individual sessions per month
    • 2 group sessions per month
  • Annual License Renewal Reimbursement:
    Up to $100
  • Annual CEU Reimbursement:
    Up to $130
