Race Trac is seeking a Shift Manager to lead a fast-paced team on each shift. You’ll set the tone, coach teammates, and ensure excellent guest service, food safety, and cleanliness. You’ll also manage inventory, complete cash-wrap procedures, and support store operations to drive performance.
Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in retail or food service, 1+ years in leadership, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. A dynamic, people-first approach is essential for growth and cross-store development.
