High energy, enthusiastic person to join our Customer Service team. This position involves greeting members, taking incoming calls, making outgoing calls, booking free trial workouts and consultations, and keeping our world class facility clean, safe, and organized. MUST BE COMFORTABLE IN A FAST‑PACED ENVIRONMENT.

• Greeting and seeing off members for workouts.
• Facility cleanliness and organization.
• Capturing photo and video of workouts.
• Leading orientation of the facility for prospective customers and assisting the Sales Staff in creating a motivating and exciting experience.
• Setting up and breaking down equipment for workouts.
• Processing payments and managing member accounts.
• Assist Coaching Staff with recording athlete data and ensuring safety of athletes.
• Participation in company events and attendance of athlete sporting events.
• Making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly.

• Must be a high‑energy individual.
• Must be highly accountable and dependable.
• High School Diploma (preferred)

Compensation: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

This company is a great way for people to get a jump on others through their group classes of exercise or the personal training they could receive. Throughout the day I am working with the different coaches either helping coach the certain classes they have or just shadowing to give me a better understanding of how to approach these situations on my own.
