The Supply Chain Finance Manager is a key member of the Supply Chain and Finance team, utilizing financial expertise and business insight to guide strategic and operational decision-making across Driscoll’s. This role oversees the development and validation of integrated Supply Chain financial plans, offering essential insights to improve business strategy and execution. The manager independently performs financial analyses to evaluate how supply strategies and operational efficiencies impact profitability.
This role provides comprehensive financial insights—from sourcing to distribution—identifying opportunities to reduce costs, proactively recognizing business risks and opportunities, championing ongoing process improvements, ensuring data-informed decisions, leading management reporting and analytics, and boosting overall financial performance. Main focus areas include transportation, distribution centers, food safety, quality, packaging, capital, and overhead management. Furthermore, this role supports and leads cross‑functional projects, working with teams across Supply Operations, Finance, and Sales to align financial strategies with business goals.
This individual also interprets supply chain cost structures and performance metrics, generating insights that promote continuous improvement and financial accountability. The position reports directly to the Senior Finance Manager – Supply Chain and supports analyst(s) supporting functional deliverables.
- Execute the annual financial planning cycle and ongoing forecasts, consolidating approximately $1B in annual costs across more than 100 Distribution Centers and corporate cost centers.
- Manage and prioritize multiple concurrent responsibilities in a fast‑paced environment, effectively assessing risks and enabling timely, strategic business decisions.
- Enable data‑driven decision‑making by delivering rigorous financial analysis and clear, compelling insights through professional presentations and written deliverables.
- Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to drive alignment and consensus, emphasizing cost management and continuous process improvement.
- Lead the creation of high‑quality visual data outputs that communicate financial performance and provide thorough variance analysis to support executive decision‑making.
- Develop, enhance, and standardize reporting tools and templates that equip managers with actionable insights and elevate operational effectiveness.
- Deliver ad hoc analyses, reports, and performance metrics that address emerging business needs and surface risks, opportunities, and financial trends.
- Evaluate and synthesize large, complex datasets from multiple systems to identify key drivers, trends, and variances that inform strategy and improve profitability.
- Provide oversight, reporting, and governance for capital requisitions and projects, supporting cash flow discipline, ROI management, and budget accountability.
- Lead Supply Chain Finance deliverables for major enterprise initiatives, ensuring accurate, timely, and high‑quality execution.
- Coach and develop junior analysts, offering training, guidance, and ongoing professional development support.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business required.
- 5+ years professional experience in a Finance role.
- Experience in Financial Analysis, Accounting, and General Business.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Intermediate/Advanced Hyperion.
- Intermediate/Advanced Tableau (plus).
- Intermediate/Advanced Think‑cell (plus).
- English required;
