Oracle Fusion Security Analyst/Administrator
This role is part of a growing team responsible for maintaining, supporting, and enhancing the security functionalities of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM applications. The Oracle Fusion Security Analyst/Administrator will oversee all security-related activities including user access management, auditing, role design, and compliance within the Oracle Fusion ecosystem.
This position also involves supporting environment management activities such as system refreshes, outage coordination, monitoring, configurations, and patching. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in Oracle Fusion security and Risk Management (RMC/RMD), strong ERP implementation experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.

Key Responsibilities- Manage and support user access, auditing, and overall security across Oracle Cloud ERP, EPM, and OTM modules.
- Configure, assign, and maintain user roles within Oracle Fusion Cloud, ensuring proper access controls and segregation of duties.
- Import and update user access using standard Oracle functionalities.
- Apply strong knowledge of Oracle ERP/EPM/OTM security fundamentals and role‑based access design.
- Manage and track auditing processes to minimize access violations in Oracle RMC.
- Resolve security and auditing issues across all Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (ERP, EPM & OTM).
- Collaborate closely with Security, Network, Development, and Product teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Migrate SaaS and PaaS technical objects including OIC integrations, BIP reports, BICC extracts, and ESS jobs.
- Log, track, and resolve Service Requests (SRs) in Oracle MOS for issue resolution.
- Manage and complete Service Now tickets within agreed SLAs to support end users.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5+ years of ERP administration and security experience.
- Hands‑on experience with at least one Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementation.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) preferred.
- Experience leading full‑cycle Oracle Cloud ERP security implementation projects—Requirements, Design, Testing, Rollout.
- Strong experience with Oracle RMC and securing Oracle SaaS applications.
- Understanding of Oracle SaaS patching cycles, quarterly updates, and release processes.
- Experience migrating configurations, performing imports/exports, and managing backups in Oracle SaaS applications.
