Junior Sales Associate

Superior Foods International is a global supplier of frozen fruits, vegetables, and other food products, connecting producers around the world with customers in retail, food service, and food manufacturing. • Support Sales Executives and Account Managers in serving existing customers and developing new business opportunities.
• Assist with customer quotations, pricing requests, product presentations, and proposals.
• Follow up on customer inquiries, samples, and sales opportunities.
• Research prospective customers and identify opportunities for growth.
• Coordinate with sourcing, logistics, quality assurance, and customer service teams.
• Maintain customer records, sales activities, and follow-up tasks in company systems.
• Learn our products, sourcing regions, packaging options, and customer requirements.
• Participate in customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
• Develop the skills needed to eventually manage your own customer accounts and business opportunities.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with an interest in building professional relationships.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with numbers, pricing, and spreadsheets.
• Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Ability to collaborate with multiple departments and manage competing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Agriculture, Food Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Up to 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, account management, logistics, procurement, or the food industry.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
• Experience with CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
