Who we are:

Decks by DeCamp is a high-end deck construction company, specializing in custom composite decks, high-elevation decks, and premium railing systems. We are looking for an experienced framer with deck-building expertise to join our team. This position involves framing as the primary skill, but also requires full deck construction, from demo and foundation to decking and railing installation.

• Frame decks to exact specifications, ensuring structural integrity and long-term durability.
• Perform demolition, foundation work, and framing for new and replacement decks.
• Lay decking with precision, using composite (Trex, Timber Tech) and hardwood materials.
• Install a variety of high-end railing systems, including our proprietary in-house cable and glass railing systems.
• Read and interpret plans, blueprints, and layouts to execute projects efficiently.
• Work safely and maintain a clean, organized job site.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

• 3+ years of experience in framing (preferably with deck-building experience).
• Skilled in structural framing, joist layout, and beam installation.
• Experience working with composite decking (Trex, Timber Tech) and specialty railing systems.
• Strong knowledge of deck construction techniques, materials, and tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work on ladders, rooftops, and high-elevation decks.
