What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering personalised care in line with individual care plans
• Supervising and mentoring junior care staff to ensure high standards
• Monitoring residents’ health and wellbeing, and updating records accordingly
• Communicating with families, healthcare professionals, and team members
• Assisting with daily living activities including hygiene, meals, and medication
• Transporting residents to appointments or social outings when needed
• Participating in ongoing training and development sessions
