Goods In FLT Driver

We're currently recruiting for an experienced Goods In FLT Driver to join a busy manufacturing and warehouse environment in Lincoln.

This is a great opportunity for someone with previous FLT experience who is confident working in a fast-paced Goods In environment.

Watton

Shift: 10:00am - 6:30pm
Pay Rate: £13.67 per hour

As a Goods In FLT Driver, you will play an important role in ensuring deliveries are received, moved and stored safely and efficiently.

• Operating an FLT safely and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries
• Moving stock and materials around the site
• Checking incoming goods and deliveries
• Ensuring goods are stored correctly
• Completing relevant paperwork and records
• Working closely with the Goods In and wider warehouse team
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment

Previous FLT experience is essential for this position.

• Previous experience operating an FLT
• Good verbal communication skills
• Good numerical skills and attention to detail
• The ability to accurately check and record incoming goods
• A strong understanding of workplace health and safety
• A reliable and hardworking attitude
• The ability to work well as part of a team
• Previous warehouse, logistics or Goods In experience is desirable
• Very occasional weekend working may be required. Overtime is paid at double time after completion of weekly contractual hours.
