The primary function of this job is as an Entry Level Data Entry Specialist. This position plays a key role in the Imbox Project. Secondary responsibilities include various Sales Support and Office Administration duties. If you are looking to grow with a company, this is the perfect position.
Job Tasks And Responsibilities- Organization & Time Management:
Handle repetitive tasks and meet deadlines. - Accurately inputting and updating information from databases and spreadsheets.
- Software Proficiency:
Excel, Outlook, Smartsheet. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task effectively, and work efficiently.
- Special projects as assigned.
- High school diploma required.
- Professional demeanor, with enjoyment of working in a casual, fun business environment.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong preference for local candidates within 15 miles of our Wauconda, IL office.
