We’re looking for a tech-savvy and curious professional to join our team as a Digital Enablement Specialist. In this role, you’ll help explore, implement, and support new technologies—especially in areas like Artificial Intelligence (AI) and automation—to improve how we work. You’ll also help lead our digital skills training program, making sure our teams are ready for the future of work.

This role is ideal for someone with a solid foundation in technology, a strong interest in emerging tools, and a passion for solving problems and enhacing processes.
** KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
* ** Explore and Recommend New Technologies:
** Stay up to date on tools like AI, automation, and digital assistants. Help identify how they could be used in our business.
* ** Support Implementation Projects:
** Assist in planning and executing small-scale technology rollouts, including setting up tools, configuring systems, and supporting user onboarding.
* ** Pilot and Test Solutions**:
Help run proof-of-concept and pilot projects. Collect feedback, track results, and recommend improvements.
* ** Digital Skills Training:
** Help design and deliver training programs to improve digital skills across the company. Track participation and progress, and adjust content as needed.
* ** Collaborate Across Teams:
** Work closely with IT and business teams to support new technology initiatives. Help translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
* ** Create Documentation and Resources:
** Develop user guides, FAQs, and training materials to support adoption of new tools and processes.
* ** Vendor Support:
** Assist in researching and working with technology vendors and training providers. Help evaluate tools and manage vendor communications.
* ** Drive Process Improvement**:
Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency using digital tools and automation.
* ** Apply Business Acumen:
** Understand core business operations and priorities to ensure technology solutions align with strategic goals and deliver real value.
** PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS
*** Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
* 3–5 years of experience in a technology-related role, with hands-on involvement in supporting or implementing digital tools or platforms
* Familiarity with emerging technologies such as AI, automation, or digital assistants
* Understanding of how systems and data work together to support business processes
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
* Experience delivering training or helping others adopt new tools is a plus
