Our client is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (Home Health) to join their growing team in Wauconda, IL. This role focuses on providing skilled nursing care to patients in the comfort of their homes, supporting recovery, independence, and overall well-being. The ideal candidate demonstrates clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for patient-centered care.

• 1+ year of professional RN experience (Home Health experience preferred)
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois
• Associate degree or higher in Nursing
• BLS and CPR certification (AHA preferred)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance

Monday through Friday, day shift; one weekend per month; 2–3 on-call days per month; two holidays per year. This is a Pay Per Visit position.

Local travel within the Wauconda area required (mileage reimbursement provided).

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing
• Active Illinois RN license
• Minimum of 1 year of professional RN experience
• Current BLS or ACLS certification (AHA)
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and current auto insurance

• Prior home health or community-based nursing experience
• Excellent communication, assessment, and time management skills
