BA Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Master Electrician to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to lead challenging and diverse electrical projects across commercial, industrial, and federal job sites. • Oversee electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs across commercial, industrial, and federal sites
• Interpret and implement blueprints, technical diagrams, and specifications
• Ensure compliance with the National Electrical Code (NEC) and all local electrical safety codes
• Supervise and mentor journeymen and apprentice electricians
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues
• Communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and team members
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure timely reporting
• Ensure high standards of safety and quality on all job sites
• Participate in estimating and project planning as needed
• Familiarity pulling permits

• Valid Master Electrician License (required)
• Extensive experience in commercial, industrial, or federal electrical projects
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Ability to read blueprints and use diagnostic tools
• Knowledge of NEC and other regulatory requirements
• Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills
• Reliable, detail‑oriented, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
