Position Objective

The Account Manager serves as the primary point of contact for clients, enhancing their experience through relationship-building, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results. This role is responsible for managing client accounts, coordinating with internal teams, and driving sales growth.

Reporting Structure:
This position will report directly to the Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Listen & Learn – Understand the property and client goals to ensure mutual fit.
  • Plan & Propose – Develop clear, customized plans with pricing and timelines.
  • Prep & Launch – Align expectations with clients and internal teams.
  • Deliver & Communicate – Execute with excellence and keep clients informed.
  • Follow Through – Verify quality, follow up with clients, and adapt as needed.

Additional responsibilities include:

- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.

- Generating new business and expanding existing accounts.

- Facilitating communication between clients, sales managers, landscape designers, and production staff.

- Collaborating with the design and production teams to ensure high-quality service delivery.

- Contributing to team success through active participation and collaboration.

Qualifications

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
  • Sales experience in landscaping, horticulture, or related industries preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and basic office software is a plus.

  • Signed Confidentiality Agreement & 2-Year Non-Solicitation Clause
  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Competitive salary + commission program
