Event Planner - Corporate & Social Functions

Our client is seeking an organized and creative Event Planner to manage a diverse portfolio of corporate and social events in Paarl . This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning, from conceptualization and budgeting to execution and post-event analysis. You will work closely with clients to understand their vision and deliver memorable experiences that meet their objectives.

• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of events, including conferences, product launches, weddings, and private parties.

• Manage event logistics, including staffing, catering, audiovisual requirements, and attendee registration.
• Provide exceptional client service, ensuring all event needs are met with professionalism and creativity.
• Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for future improvement.

• Proven experience as an Event Planner or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successfully managed events.
• Excellent organizational, project management, and time management skills.
