Architectural Designer - Mixed-Use Specialist

• Assist in the development of architectural concepts and design proposals for mixed-use developments.
• Produce detailed drawings, 3D models, and visualizations using architectural software.

• Research building materials, systems, and regulatory requirements relevant to mixed-use projects.
• Participate in design reviews and client presentations.
• Prepare documentation for planning applications and building permits.
• Collaborate with engineers and consultants to ensure integrated design solutions.

• Conduct site analyses and assist in feasibility studies.

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related design field.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design, with a focus on mixed-use or multi-residential projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong conceptual design skills and a good understanding of spatial planning.
• Familiarity with South African building codes and planning regulations.
• Excellent visual communication skills and ability to produce high-quality renderings.
• Good teamwork and communication skills, essential for collaboration in the Paarl office.
