Senior Project Architect

Our client is looking for a highly competent and experienced Senior Project Architect to manage and deliver a portfolio of exciting projects from their office in Paarl . You will be responsible for overseeing projects from inception through to completion, ensuring high standards of design quality, technical execution, and client satisfaction. This role demands strong leadership, exceptional organizational skills, and a comprehensive understanding of the architectural process.

As a key member of the team, you will contribute to the firm's success and growth within the beautiful Western Cape region, mentoring junior staff and fostering a culture of excellence.

• Lead the design and delivery of architectural projects, managing all phases of project development.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Develop and review architectural drawings, specifications, and construction documentation.
• Oversee site supervision and contract administration activities.
• Mentor and guide junior architects and project team members.

• Professional Architect qualification and SACAP registration.
• 7+ years of experience in managing and delivering architectural projects.
• Proven ability in Revit and other relevant architectural software.
• Strong understanding of project management principles and South African building codes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
