• Administer, configure, and maintain telecommunication systems, including PBX, VoIP, mobile infrastructure, and related hardware.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity, implementing proactive measures to prevent issues.
• Perform regular system updates, patches, and security enhancements to safeguard infrastructure.
• Respond to and resolve technical incidents and service requests related to telecommunication systems.
• Develop and execute disaster recovery and business continuity plans for communication services.
• Create and maintain accurate system documentation, operational guides, and user manuals.
• Collaborate with vendors and service providers to manage system integrations and resolve complex problems.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users on telecommunication system functionalities.
• Evaluate new technologies and solutions to improve existing systems and introduce new capabilities.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of proven experience in managing and maintaining telecommunication systems.
• In-depth knowledge of VoIP technologies, SIP, H.323, and associated protocols.
• Experience with PBX systems (e.g., Asterisk, Cisco Call Manager) and mobile network elements.
• Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
• Strong understanding of telecommunication security best practices.
