- Own the process:
Write estimates, repair orders, and handle customer & insurance communications. - Lead the team:
Supervise body techs and painters, ensuring quality and efficiency. - Be the go-to expert:
Coordinate workflow, train techs, and uphold GATR’s high standards. - Communicate like a pro:
Work with customers, drivers, insurance reps, and internal teams. - Bring creativity and leadership to every repair.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For- Experience in estimating & body shop operations (Adjust Rite knowledge = bonus points)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and ready to lead
- Valid Driver’s License (CDL preferred)
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Insurance-friendly driving record
