Our client is seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Publicist to join their energetic Media & PR team. This is an on-site position requiring close collaboration within the office. You will be responsible for securing positive media coverage, building relationships with journalists, and executing publicity campaigns for clients or the organization. The ideal candidate is passionate about media, possesses excellent persuasive skills, and has a strong understanding of the media landscape.

This role is critical for enhancing our client's visibility and reputation through effective public relations strategies and execution.

• Develop and execute strategic publicity plans to secure media coverage in target outlets.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, bloggers, and influencers.
• Pitch story ideas and company news to media contacts, tailoring pitches for maximum impact.
• Draft and distribute press releases, media alerts, and supporting materials.
• Monitor media placements and report on coverage results.
• Manage press kits and provide support for media events and interviews.

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in public relations or publicity, with a demonstrable track record of securing media placements.
• Excellent media relations skills and a robust network of contacts.
• Strong writing and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
