• Monitor social media channels daily, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist in the creation of visual assets, including graphics and short videos, for social media posts.
• Track and report on social media performance metrics, providing insights to the marketing team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, platform features, and best practices in the e-commerce space.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure social media content aligns with broader marketing campaigns and brand messaging.
• Engage with followers and build a strong online community around the brand.
• Research relevant hashtags and trending topics to increase content visibility.
• Support the execution of paid social media advertising campaigns as directed.

• Proven experience in social media management, preferably within an e-commerce context.
• Excellent knowledge of major social media platforms and their best practices.
• Strong copywriting and editing skills.
• Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
