• Possesses the knowledge or has the ability to monitor resident vital signs and report variances or changes to the licensed nurse.
• Able to understand and follow each resident’s service plan and provide assistance as required.
• Promotes communication between community team members and the resident for preferences, change in medical conditions, and other health related instances.
• Support resident well-being with compassion, patience, and respect.

Part-Time:
Days (6am‑2pm), Evenings (2pm‑10pm), Overnights (10pm‑6am)

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English.
