A Day in the Life

• Possesses the knowledge or has the ability to monitor resident vital signs and report variances or changes to the licensed nurse.
• Able to understand and follow each resident’s service plan and provide assistance as required.
• Promotes communication between community team members and the resident for preferences, change in medical conditions, and other health related instances.
• Support resident well-being with compassion, patience, and respect

• Edencrest at Adel - Adel, Iowa
• Edencrest at Kettlestone - Waukee, Iowa
• Edencrest at Timberline - Urbandale, Iowa

Part-Time

Requirements for this role

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to read, write, and comprehend English
• A kind heart, reliable work ethic, and passion for senior care
