Compensation includes: an immediate fast start bonus of $10k per month for 12 months, a $10k first‑year target, $2,500 first‑week training pay, and various performance bonuses and credit incentives. Employees also receive company stock ownership (ESOP) and industry‑leading commissions, bonuses, and promotional offers.
