Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Des Moines, IA Territory
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm

Starting salary between $40,/year, based on experience. Company car, laptop, tools, and phone allowance are provided. Full benefit package with employer-paid disability and life insurance. • Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on customer equipment in the field.
• Communicate effectively with customers to diagnose issues and provide solutions.
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory of tools, parts, and supplies in vehicle stock.
• Complete technical training as assigned, maintain knowledge and continuously learn about new equipment.
• Travel to various customer sites within the assigned region.

• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• Technical aptitude with a desire to learn – training will be provided.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 70 pounds.
