Experienced Swim Instructor

Overview
Are you a passionate swim instructor with a proven track record of teaching swimmers of all ages and skill levels? The ideal candidate will have a strong background in swimming and teaching, with the ability to engage and inspire students of all ages. As a Swim Instructor, you will be responsible for providing high-quality swim instruction, ensuring safety in the water, and fostering a positive learning environment.

Duties

• Conduct swim lessons for individuals and groups of varying skill levels and ages, focusing on technique, safety, and enjoyment of swimming.
• Develop tailored lesson plans that cater to the specific needs and goals of each student.
• Monitor students' progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
• Ensure a safe swimming environment by enforcing pool rules and regulations.
• Follow the Safe Splash curriculum to ensure swimmers are getting the best learn to swim instructing available.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to promote swim programs and events.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area and equipment.

• Minimum 4 years of swim instruction experience
• Current certifications in CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard Training
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and connect with swimmers of all ages
• A team player with a passion for water safety and skill development
