• Gather and maintain tax records for Uline’s US S‑Corporation, partnership, and individual tax returns.
• Manage tax returns, related schedules, and reports, including estimated quarterly and extension payments.
• Review fixed‑asset reporting and tax depreciation calculations.
• Conduct tax research and report findings to the team.
• Organize shareholder tax records and review their individual income‑tax returns.
• Guide and support junior Income Tax Accountants with return preparation.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting. CPA or MST strongly preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in corporate tax or a public‑accounting tax role.
• Proficiency in handling S‑Corporations, partnerships, and individual tax returns.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Experience with Go Systems is a plus.
