Position Responsibilities- Build and maintain rapport by delivering excellent customer service via phone and email in a call center environment.
- Own an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts.
- Maintain low portfolio aging by conferring with customers to determine reasons for overdue payments.
- Meet and maintain department goals while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with a team of enthusiastic call center professionals to minimize aging / bad debt.
- High school diploma or equivalent required;
Bachelor’s degree preferred. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Prior call center experience or bookkeeping experience a plus.
- Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus.
