School Counselor – 2025–2026 School Year – In-Person –

Ampersand Therapy is hiring a dedicated School Counselor for the 2025–2026 school year. This is a full-time, in-person role starting in ASAP with opportunities for future school years.

• Location: Middle School
• Start Date: ASAP
• Service Area: Counseling, classroom guidance, staff and parent consultation

• Provide individual and group counseling to students
• Deliver classroom guidance lessons and social-emotional learning activities
• Consult and collaborate with school staff, parents, and community resources
• Support student academic, social, and emotional development
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation and progress reports

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• PEL with School Counselor or School Social Worker Certification
• Vocational counseling endorsement preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Passion for supporting middle school students and fostering inclusive environments
