• Ensure accurate handling of guest and company funds in strict adherence to gaming regulations and company policies.
• Process transactions such as exchanging gaming chips and tickets, cashing checks, processing markers and fills during shifts.
• Maintain the bank balance and safeguard casino cage assets throughout the shift.
• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to guests, informing them about casino services, promotions, and events.
• Perform other reasonable duties assigned to support smooth casino operations.

• High School/GED preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year cash handling in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to handle high-volume and stressful situations.
• Basic math skills with knowledge of currency.
• Excellent guest service communication skills.
• Bilingual a plus (preferred).

• Frequently speak, read, write, stand, walk, bend and stoop.
• Able to push, lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

• Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.
