Who WE are looking for:
As a Table Games Dealer Trainee, you'll join our 8–10-week Paid Dealer Academy, where you'll receive hands-on training from experienced Table Games professionals. You'll learn to deal a live game under supervision while adhering to all company policies and gaming regulations. Along the way, you'll practice game procedures, learn regulatory requirements, and develop strong guest service skills to ensure a positive and enjoyable gaming experience for every guest.
Upon completing the class and passing an audition, you'll be placed in a Table Games Dealer position with the opportunity for career growth within the department. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are outgoing, dependable, comfortable with basic math, and enjoy interacting with people.
What is expected of YOU:
- Deliver exceptional guest service to guests, team members, vendors, and other stakeholders.
- Remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.
- Execute the dealing of games with accuracy, efficiency and professionalism while adhering to company standards and gaming regulations
- Must be available to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends and holidays based on operational needs.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors, team members, and guests.
- Ensure all guest transactions are handled accurately and professionally and immediately report any irregularities, disputes or conflicts to the Table Games Supervisor or Manager.
- Quickly and precisely calculate the face value of cards and payouts.
- Must be able to exchange currency for the appropriate denominations of gaming chips and pay or collect bets according to APC policies in an accurate manner.
- Manage winning and losing bets responsibly, pay out winnings accurately, and properly maintain your rack.
Experience YOU will need:
- High School/GED
- Dealer School Training with a passed audition
- Candidates must be able to speak, read, and write in English. Bilingual skills are preferred
- Basic math skills required
- Previous guest service experience preferred
- Able to attend dealer school for approximately 8 weeks, 5 days a week
- Must be 21 years of age
- Able to work flexible schedules; nights, weekends and holidays
Physical Requirements:
- Frequent walking, kneeling, reaching, twisting, bending, pushing and pulling
- Must be able to stand in one place for extended periods
- Lifting up to 10 pounds
- Frequent grasping, squeezing and handling of money
- Manual ability to handle cards, gaming chips and other table game equipment quickly and accurately in repetitive motions
- Good hand-eye coordination and finger agility for precise card dealing and chip handling
- Be prepared to work in a casino environment with high noise levels
- Must have normal color vision and the ability to perform specific visual tasks, including near and distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
- Able to obtain/maintain necessary licenses and/or certifications as required by local gaming regulations.

Salary Range:
- $9.50-$15
