PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) – Enhance Rehabilitation

Enhance Rehabilitation is currently seeking a qualified Speech Language Pathologist to join our dynamic team. As a Speech Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients by following an individualized plan of care following an evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide patient care appropriate in a SNF setting.
• Strong written, oral and interpersonal skills; work well with others and communicate effectively with patients, families, and other treatment team members when gathering and exchanging patient condition information.
• Experience with administering standardized speech/language assessments, conducting swallowing evaluations, developing treatment plans and monitoring patients’ progress.

Qualifications

• Licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
• Experience in a skilled nursing facility setting is preferred.
• Strong assessment, treatment planning, and communication skills.
