• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling services to clients experiencing emotional, behavioral, or psychological issues
• Monitor and evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians, social workers, and other healthcare providers
• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and coping strategies
• Stay current with developments in mental health research, techniques, and best practices

• Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
• Valid licensure or certification as required by state or local regulations (e.g., LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
• Proven experience in mental health counseling or therapy
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
