We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our dynamic rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping patients recover from injury, improve mobility, and manage pain through personalized physical therapy plans. You ll work closely with physicians, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care.

• Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement therapy programs using exercises, manual therapy, and equipment
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and home exercises
• Document patient progress and modify plans as necessary
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations and Vista Medical Center policies

• Doctorate or Master s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current and valid Physical Therapy license in [State]
• CPR certification (BLS)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Experience in outpatient or inpatient settings preferred but not required
