The Talent Acquisition Partner leads high-priority talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, sourcing, candidate experience, and hiring support. Partners with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, develop recruitment strategies, attract qualified and diverse talent, and support employee experience and retention through onboarding. Builds strong relationships and networks to promote Brightpoint as an employer of choice. Demonstrates a relationship-based, solution-oriented mindset by proactively identifying opportunities and challenges, thinking critically, seeking continuous improvement, leveraging AI-enabled tools and insights, and seeking guidance when needed.
Collaborates across the People & Culture team to deliver aligned, consistent, and effective people solutions.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develops and maintains strategic partnerships with hiring managers and organizational leaders to understand workforce needs and provide talent acquisition consultation, workforce planning support, and recruitment recommendations.
- Partners with hiring managers to develop and execute recruitment strategies for program, corporate, mission-critical, and hard-to-fill positions.
- Serves as a trusted advisor on labor market trends, sourcing strategies, candidate assessment methodologies, interviewing practices, selection decisions, and hiring outcomes.
- Owns full-cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions from intake through accepted offer, ensuring an efficient, compliant, and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Manages a portfolio of active requisitions and prioritizes support using a tiered approach for critical, high-priority, and difficult-to-fill positions.
- Conducts candidate screening and assessment activities, presents qualified candidates, and partners with hiring managers to support informed selection and hiring decisions.
- Develops and executes comprehensive talent acquisition and sourcing strategies to attract, engage, and cultivate qualified talent through professional networks, employee referrals, recruitment marketing, social media, community partnerships, educational institutions, and industry organizations.
- Builds and maintains talent pipelines for recurring, high-volume, and hard-to-fill positions and leads college and university recruiting initiatives, internship programs, and other workforce development partnerships that support future talent needs.
- Represents Brightpoint at career fairs, recruitment events, networking functions, and community outreach activities to strengthen employer visibility and attract qualified candidates.
- Partners with People & Culture and Communications teams to support employer branding, recruitment marketing, and candidate attraction strategies, and recommends investments in sourcing tools, advertising resources, and recruitment technologies.
- Maintains accurate recruitment data and utilizes talent acquisition metrics, labor market intelligence, and workforce trends to evaluate effectiveness, identify opportunities, and recommend solutions that improve hiring outcomes, candidate quality, recruitment efficiency, and hiring manager satisfaction.
- Continuously evaluates recruitment processes, tools, and workflows and implements improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency, candidate experience, hiring manager experience, and overall talent acquisition effectiveness while supporting successful onboarding and New Employee Orientation transitions.
Required and Preferred
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in human resources or a business-related field required. Master's degree in the Human Resources field preferred.
- Minimum of four (4) years of Human Resources experience; talent management experience required.
- Experience working with a diverse workforce and/or program participants required.
- Knowledge of human resources administration, policies, practices, and local and federal laws.
