• Drive company-wide adherence to observability standards by promoting a consistent data approach using OTel.
• Design, deploy and support containerized applications using tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Build and maintain automation pipelines to streamline processes and increase reliability (Ansible, Azure Dev Ops).
• Champion Git Ops best practices to strengthen our infrastructure delivery and operations.

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands‑on experience with Elastic Search or Hashi Corp Vault with expertise in installation, configuration, support, log analysis and performance tuning.
• 2+ years of experience with Docker or Kubernetes container orchestration tools IaC automation tools.
• Experience with AI / ML in operations (AIOps) a plus.
