• Set up equipment for employee use, performing or ensuring proper installation of cables, operating systems, or appropriate software.
• Install and perform maintenance to hardware, software, or peripheral equipment, following design or installation specifications.
• Participate in planning and implementing large-scale projects.
• Provide on-call support on a rotational basis.

• High school diploma or equivalent;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience supporting PCs in an enterprise environment.
• Practical working knowledge of an Active Directory Domain environment.
• A+ and / or MCSA Certification preferred.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM), System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) and / or Intune for managing deployments and device updates is preferred.
• Ability to occasionally work after hours or weekends.
