• Analyze IT inventory and spending trends using Power BI dashboards.
• Partner with Product Owners to enhance forecasting and procurement strategies.
• Track IT expenses, vendor payments and identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Streamline processes and improve workflows through process mapping.
• Maintain and enhance documentation for evolving IT inventory procedures.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Prior relevant procurement experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills to work effectively with IT teams, executives and vendors.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Power BI, Service Now and Oracle EBS.
