Senior IT Manager
A respected manufacturer is seeking a Senior IT Manager to lead and elevate their IT department. This hands-on leadership role offers the opportunity to manage a skilled team and optimize a comprehensive IT ecosystem, driving automation, system integration, and business intelligence initiatives that support growth and operational excellence.

- On-site work Monday through Thursday with regular engagement at the distribution center
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5-8+ years of progressively responsible IT leadership experience in complex, multi-site environments
- Minimum 3 years managing and developing IT teams
- At least 2 years hands-on experience administering or managing Net Suite ERP
- Proven experience managing CRM systems, preferably Salesforce
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and end-user support
- Expertise with EDI, eCommerce platforms, and complex systems integration
- Experience supporting hybrid IT environments including on-premises and cloud infrastructure
- Certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, Net Suite Suite Foundation, Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator
- Familiarity with Agile, Lean, Kanban, or process mapping methodologies
- Experience with virtualization technologies, especially Hyper-V
- Practical knowledge of AI, automation tools, and workflow optimization
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align IT strategies to organizational goals
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team while fostering a positive culture
- Manage the full IT ecosystem including Net Suite ERP, CRM, eCommerce, EDI, cybersecurity, and infrastructure
- Collaborate across departments to identify automation opportunities and implement AI-driven solutions
- Oversee system upgrades, integrations, support services, and vendor relationships
- Establish and monitor SLAs and KPIs, reporting progress regularly to leadership
- Serve as primary escalation point for complex technical challenges and maintain system performance
- Develop and execute multi-year IT roadmaps aligned with business objectives and growth initiatives

$140,000 - $170,000
