Lead proactive and reactive Problem Management activities to identify recurring issues, reduce service degradation, and prevent future incidents.

Oversee root cause analysis, corrective action tracking, and long‑term problem resolution. Identify gaps between reported network performance and customer service experience, recommending improvements to service assurance and reporting. Prepare and deliver executive briefings, network health assessments, operational reports, and strategic recommendations. Champion automation initiatives across all four NPR disciplines to improve efficiency, reliability, and operational effectiveness.
