Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Technical Project Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing projects within the company, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner and within budget. The Project Manager will coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with company goals, and to maintain project scope.

They will also be responsible for risk management and project reporting.

Responsibilities
  • Plan, execute, and oversee projects to ensure on-time and on-budget delivery.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align project objectives with company goals and maintain project scope.
  • Manage risks and provide project reporting as required.
Required Skills
  • Project Management:
    Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies; ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects to completion.
  • Scope Management:
    Define and control what is included in the project, including objectives, deliverables, and tasks.
  • Stakeholder Management:
    Effectively communicate with and manage the expectations of clients, team members, and senior management.
  • Education:

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.

  • Salesforce Platform:
    Knowledge of the Salesforce platform and its functionalities can be beneficial.
  • Risk Management:

    Ability to identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Budgeting:
    Experience in budget planning and cost estimation.

    Knowledge of quality management principles and the ability to implement them in projects.
  • Team Leadership:
    Experience in leading and motivating a team.

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Technical Understanding:
    Familiarity with the technical aspects of the project.
