Enhance Rehabilitation is hiring a Director of Rehab to oversee rehabilitation services in one or more of our service locations.

Enhance Rehabilitation is dedicated to providing quality rehabilitation services to our patients. Our goal is to provide patient‑specific treatments to enhance positive outcomes. We focus on professional development, providing our team with the support needed to achieve and maintain quality care for all our patients.

As a Director of Rehab, you will be part of a dynamic team providing the highest quality care for patients in a SNF setting. In this role you will be responsible for the successful operations of her/his assigned location(s) – ensuring the highest standard of rehabilitation services is delivered in the most efficient manner while obtaining the best possible outcomes for our patients.

• Manage a team of therapists and assistants (including Enhance staff and contract labor)
• Effectively communicate with the management team including other Directors and Regional managers
• Ensure the standard of clinical services delivered to adhere to evidence‑based care delivery standards and regulatory compliance
• Oversee the clinical management of the rehab department, including case management, quality improvement, care planning, and positive outcomes
• Responsible for hiring, orientation, development and support of all staff and contract labor
• Provide excellent customer service to the customer (location) team, provide reports and develop and implement programs appropriate for the patient population
• Provide excellent customer service to our clients and families
