Pay Rate: $22 – $28/hr

Our client is a leading AISC certified manufacturing company specializing in structural steel fabrication. As they continue to grow, they are seeking a detail‑oriented and experienced CNC Machine Operator to join their fabrication team. This role specifically involves operating a Lincoln Electric Python

X CNC Plasma system.

• Operate CNC machines with Plasma technology, including Lincoln Electric Python
  
  X, according to specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper functioning and make necessary adjustments.
• Inspect finished products for quality assurance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during the machining process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Adhere to all safety guidelines and program requirements.
• Perform and/or assist with preventive maintenance and cleaning of equipment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or degree in machining is preferred.
• Proven experience as a CNC Operator, specifically with Plasma machines.
• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming, nesting, and machine operations.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Strong communication skills.
